Duane L. Steffens, 79, of Atlantic, Iowa, and formerly of Wiota, died Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Duane is survived by his wife, Sharon Steffens; his children, Todd (Julie) Steffens, Stacy Socha-Steffens, Denny Steffens and Tracy (Jim) Christiansen; 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and sister, Sandy (Mike) Eversole.
A Celebration of Life Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 31st at the First Lutheran Church, south of Wiota, with Pastor Mike Bodkins officiating. Burial will be in the First Lutheran Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed and a link will be available on the funeral home website the day of the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
