(Mondamin, IA) – On Friday at West Harrison High School, the CAM Cougars boys and girls track teams earned fifth overall. Earning first on the boy’s side was Westwood with 156 points, Woodbine 120.5, Missouri Valley 119, West Monona 83, CAM 45, West Harrison 31, and East Mills 20.5. On the girl’s side, West Monona finished first at 154, Woodbine 147, Missouri Valley 81, Westwood 78, CAM 71, East Mills 20, West Harrison 13, and Whiting 5. For the CAM boy’s, they featured Jack Follmann in first in the 110m hurdles, Chase Spieker finished fifth in the 100m dash, Kegan Croghan earned sixth in the 100m dash, Kayden Winther earned fourth in the 200m dash and second in the long jump, and Brayden Chester earned third in the discus. For the team results, the Cougars finished in third in the 4x100m shuttle hurdle relay.
On the girl’s side, CAM featured Ada Hansen in first in the 800m run and first in the 400m hurdles, Bailey Lillard finished first in the 100m hurdles, Kylee Williamson in third in the 100m dash and seventh in the 200m dash, Emma Follman in seventh in the 100m dash, Alison South finished seventh in the 400m dash, Courtney Follman earned fourth in the shot put, and Lilly Barber earned fifth in the discus. In the team results, CAM finished second in the 800m sprint medley, third in the distance medley, fifth in the 4x200m relay, and fifth in the 4x100m shuttle hurdle relay.
