(Minneapolis, Minnesota) Iowa Hawkeyes star Caitlin Clark has broken another scoring record. Clark dropped in 33 points in Wednesday’s rout of Minnesota to surpass Kansas’ Lynette Woodard for the major college women’s basketball scoring mark. Clark now has 3,650 career points. She also broke the single-season three-point record with 156 points. Next, Clark will try to break Pete Maravich’s NCAA overall scoring record, men’s and women’s, of 3,667 points.
Iowa defeated Minnesota 108-60. It was the fourth time the Hawkeyes have surpassed the 100-point mark this season.
