(Oakland, IA) – The Riverside Bulldogs are preparing for a new season with a lot of returning talent. One player in particular is Grady Jeppesen as he was the leading scorer from last season with 21.3 points per game and 4.3 rebounds per game. Head coach Nick Kroon is not only anticipating the senior to lead the team but is looking for multiple players to bring their talent to the floor as well.
In terms of the offensive side of the floor, the Bulldogs are looking to utilize a more freelanced offense. That doesn’t always mean the quickest offense on the court, but means that the ball will be moving around and shared among the entire team.
With Riverside this season, the team is not only working on utilizing Grady Jeppesen but the entire senior class as well.
Riverside has been playing scrimmage games up until tomorrow’s first game of the regular season. The Bulldogs are looking to win some games down the line early which only leads to more wins later in the season.
Riverside’s first game will be tomorrow Tuesday, November 28th against AHSTW at 7:30 p.m.
