(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Alan Desantiago of Council Bluffs in the 100 Block of Coolbaugh Street on an active Montgomery County warrant for a probation violation. Deputies transported Desantiago to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
