(Des Moines) An Iowa man is charged in a 39-count tax fraud indictment. Investigators say Bakou Kees Vonty, also known as Bob Vonty, prepared customer tax returns. He’s accused of not explaining his client’s returns or providing copies. Vonty’s also accused of putting false deduction and expense information to increase his clients’ refunds.
