(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
Jeffery Michael Gould, 38, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a call for service on March 15th. Gould was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with domestic abuse assault, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charlie Bennett Hadfield, 33, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on March 19. Hadfield was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated, circumventing an ignition interlock system, improper rear lamp, failure to display license plate, violation of conditions of a restricted license, no insurance, and operation without registration.
