(Tabor) Fremont County Deputies arrested a Tabor, Iowa man on Saturday for Simple Assault. The arrest stemmed from a disturbance at a residence on Main Street in Tabor. Deputies arrested 39-year old Jeffrey Dale Hankins, transported him to Jail on a charge of simple assault, and released him on a $300 bond.
In a separate case, deputies responded to a call of suspicious activity near 185th Avenue and 250th Street near Percival, where deputies discovered a large underage drinking party.
Deputies arrested:
- Mark Wurtlele, age 18, of Nebraska City, Nebraska
- Braedan Chipman, age 19, of Union, Nebraska
- Wyatt Taylor, age 19, of Auburn, Nebraska
- Taylor Bower, age 18, of Massena, Iowa
- Kyleigh Rossmanith, age 18, of Plattsmouth, Nebraska
- Samuel Draus, age 19, of Nebraska City, Nebraska
- Two unnamed juveniles
All were arrested for possession of alcohol by underage persons, issued court dates, and released from the scene.
