(Creston) Creston Police report four arrests from March 17 through March 20.
Police arrested 59-year old David Joseph Tindle, of Creston, at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for a Violation of Parole. Tindle is held in the Union Jail on a $35,000 cash or surety bond.
On Thursday, Police arrested 54-year old James Leroy Jones of Creston at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on two Union County warrants for Violation of Probation. Jones is held in the Union County Jail on a $4300 cash-only bond.
Police arrested Jack E Snyder, 58, Diagonal on Friday, at the Creston/Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Driving while Barred, (aggravated Misdemeanor). Authorities released Snyder to the Ringgold County Jail for an active warrant.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 46-year old Kevin Joel Cavin of Creston for OWI 3rd Offense. Officers transported Cavin to the Union County Jail and held him on a $5,000 cash bond.
