(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department says officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a shooting Sunday evening in the 3500 block of Avenue A. Officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound to a leg. The Council Bluffs Fire Department transported the victim to an area hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries and the victim was released.
