(Corning) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year old Benjamin Warren Rice in the 800 block of Davis Avenue in Corning for Child Endangerment, Causing Bodily Injury. Authorities transported Rice to the Adams County Jail and held him on a $5,000 cash bond.
