(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year old Keith Andre Smith of Red Oak on Monday on a Shelby County Warrant for 3rd-degree Harassment. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office released Smith to the Shelby County Sheriffs and held him on no bond.
