(Creston) On Sunday morning, Creston Police arrested a Creston man on drug and alcohol-related charges.
Police arrested 57-year old Jon Jefferson Perry of Creston at Prairie and Spruce Streets for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense. Officers transported Perry to the Union County Jail and released him on a $1300 bond.
On Saturday, Rich Mullen of 405 S. Maple Street reported a break-in at 400 S. Maple Street. The owner of an RV said the following items were missing: multiple household/kitchen appliances, clothing, personal items, and tools. The estimated loss is $10,030.
Creston Police arrested 30-year old Kelly Lea Belt of Creston at her residence on Friday night for violating a no-contact/protective order and contempt. Officers initially transported Belt to the Union County Jail, then transferred her to the Adams County Jail, and held her on no bond pending an appearance in front of a magistrate.
