(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Dillon Lucas of Council Bluffs following a traffic stop on Highway 34 at the Mills/Montgomery County line. Deputies transported Lucas to the Montgomery County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance-Marijuana, 1st offense. Authorities held Dillon Lucas on a $1,000 bond.
