(Bedford) The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people in separate incidents over the weekend.
On Saturday, 50-year old Martin Grace of Corning turned himself in on an outstanding Taylor county warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine. An active investigation into the distribution of narcotics in Taylor County and the surrounding area led to the search warrant. Â Authorities held Grace on no bond until seen by a Magistrate Judge.
On Sunday, deputies arrested 39-year old Abraham J. Schweers of Lenox in the 200 block of north Spear Street in Lenox for domestic abuse assault. Authorities transported Schweers to the Taylor County Jail and held him on no bond until the magistrate judge could see him.
