(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests in their latest release on Friday.
Deputies arrested 39-year old Brian Harold Eilts of Massena on Tuesday on a Cass County Warrant for probation violation. Deputies transported Eilts to the Cass County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
Deputies arrested 50-year old Stanley Oral Rossell of Lewis on a Boulder, Colorado warrant for bond revocation. Deputies transported Rossell to the Cass County Jail and held him while awaiting transport to Authorities in Colorado.
An Anita driver escaped injury in a single-vehicle crash on June 12. The Sheriff’s Office says the accident happened at 7;44 p.m. on Interstate 80 near the 65-mile marker. Alexandrea McAfee, of Anita, driving a westbound 2015 Ford Fusion, swerved to miss another vehicle entering her lane. McAfee lost control and entered the north ditch. No injuries were reported.
