Villisca Man Jailed on Warrant

(Villisca) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year old Justin Smith of Villisca early Tuesday morning on a Fremont County Warrant.

Deputies transported Smith to the Montgomery County Jail on 2 counts of Ongoing Criminal Conduct/Unlawful activity. Authorities held him on a $50,000 bond.

Red Oak Police, Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Adams County Sheriff’s Office, and Red Fire and Rescue Personal assisted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
