(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Johnny Thomas Houser, 45, of Villisca, in the area of 250th and Q Avenue this morning for OWI 1st Offense. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $1,000 bond.
