(Stanton) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Brandon Robert Leaonard, of Omaha, on Tuesday afternoon.
He was stopped for speeding 93 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone along Highway 34 near Stanton. Leaonard is charged with Speeding, Failure to Have a Valid License, and Fugitive From Justice.
Due to a valid warrant from Douglas County Nebraska for Violation of Probation (Possession of a Controlled Substance) he is being held on no bond.
