(Glenwood) A Nebraska man is being held on over $30,000 bond in the Mills County Jail.
The Glenwood Police Department reports three arrests including 34-year-old Jason Katusin, of Papillion. Katusin was arrested Tuesday for Failure to Affix a Drug Stamp, Controlled Substance Violation, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Total bond was set at $30,300 cash or surety.
In other arrests, 46-year-old Toby Blankenship, of Council Bluffs, was charged Friday with Driving While Barred and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
68-year-old Joyce Germar, of Glenwood, was arrested Tuesday for Domestic Abuse Assault.
