(Glenwood) The Mills County Public Health Department reports 28 additional positive cases of COVID-19 from March 16 to March 23, an increase of 13 cases from the previous week. The county’s 14-day positivity rate increased from 9-percent to 11.5-percent. Officials say 5,060 residents have received one vaccine, and 1,739 individuals received a second shot.
