Two arrested in Harlan

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.

Arrested on Sunday, March 21st was 27-year-old Jose Cruz Gutierrez Villanuea, of Harlan. Gutierrez was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Driving Suspended.

54-year-old William James Ballard, of LeMars was charged Monday with Driving While Revoked and Careless Driving. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
