(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Kadin Michael Schoenfeld, 21, of Atlantic, was arrested February 6th on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. Schoenfeld was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released the following day on his own recognizance.
Jesse Gale Kinser, 18, of Griswold, was arrested February 7th on a charge of Assault. Kinser was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was released later that day on $300 bond.
Joseph Allen Stulgies, 30, of Griswold, was arrested February 13th on a charge of OWI 1st Offense. Stulgies was taken to the Cass County Jail and released on his own recognizance later that day.
David William Berry, 59, of Elliott, was arrested February 13th on a charge of OWI 2nd Offense. Berry was taken to the Cass County Jail and was released the following day on his own recognizance.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle accident at 4th and Walnut Streets in Anita at 3:06 p.m. on February 13th. A 2003 Chevy Impala, driven by 26-year-old Shelby Nicole Rodenburg, of Anita, failed to yield at the westbound stop sign on 4th Street and was struck by a southbound 2008 Dodge Caravan, driven by 32-year-old Coulton Matthew Honeck, of Anita. No injuries were reported. The damage to the Impala was estimated at $1,500. The damage to the Dodge Caravan was estimated at $3,000. Rodenburg was cited for Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle accident on Marne Road at 11:00 a.m. on February 14th. A 2006 Buick Lucerne, driven by 19-year-old Tyler Julich of Walnut, was eastbound on Marne Road when Julich lost control on the icy roadway and rolled into the ditch. No injuries were reported. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,500.
