(Adair Co.) An Earlham man was arrested on multiple charges after law enforcement executed a search warrant at 508 S. Gaines Street in Stuart on February 1st.
During the search, officers located baggies containing methamphetamine and multiple items of drug paraphernalia. Stuart Police arrested 34-year-old David Spencer Reeves for three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense, two counts of Harassment 1st Degree, and two counts of False Imprisonment. He was held on $10,000 cash or surety bond. Reeves was also charged on February 4th with Violation of a No Contact Order and was held on an additional $5,000 cash only bond.
In other activity, Stuart Police arrested Tyrone Anthony Morris, 32, of Stuart, on February 3rd for Domestic Abuse Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon and Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon. Morris was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Julie Lynn Lamb, 48, of Council Bluffs, on February 1st on a warrant for Child Endangerment. She was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
