Montgomery County arrested on Warrant for Failure to Appear

(Red Oak) Police arrested a Red Oak man on a Montgomery County Warrant on Wednesday afternoon for failing to appear on a previous OWI charge.

According to Red Oak Police, 40-year old David Daniel Wells was taken into custody at around 1:00 p.m. and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on a $1,000 bond.
