(Harlan) Four people were arrested on drug and other charges in Harlan.
The Harlan Police Department says Rhiannon Shae Grant-Fohl, 23, of Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 30th. Grant-Fohl was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating While Intoxicated, Eluding, Interference with Officials Acts, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure to Obey a Stop Sign.
Lora Elizabeth Noll, 29, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 30th. Noll was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Prohibited Acts Penalties, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Child Endangerment.
Trent James Ring, 18, of Minden, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 22nd. Ring was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Rick Allen Erwin, 45, of Woodbine, was arrested on January 26th following a traffic stop. Erwin was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Barred and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
In other activity, Harlan Police arrested Brenda Lee Mercil, 60, of Denison, following a traffic stop on January 29th on an active Pottawattamie County warrant.
