Two arrested on numerous drug charges in Adams County

(Corning) Two people were arrested on numerous drug charges in Adams County.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says on January 26^th, Deputies observed two vehicles driving into the Corning Hotel. Deputies knew that one of the drivers had a suspended license. Deputies made contact with the individuals and identified them as 37-year-old Clay Ryan Pettit of Creston and 38-year-old Jackie Ann Dimmler of Corning.

Upon investigation, Dimmler was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (THC Wax) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, Felon in Possession of a Firearm/Offensive Weapon, and Driving under Suspension x4.

Pettit was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (THC Wax) 1^st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, and Driving under Suspension x7.

Both were transported to the Adams County Jail without incident. Dimmler was held with a bond of $50,000 and Pettit was held with a bond of $34,000 cash or surety.
