(Atlantic) Two men were arrested on warrants in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says Robert Benjamin Waite, 35, of Audubon, was arrested January 19th on a Cass County Sheriff’s warrant for Simple Assault. Waite was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Ty Daniel Jordan, 36, of Exira, was arrested January 21st on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Assault. Jordan was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Zachary James Watkins, 41, of Atlantic, on January 23rd on a charge of Interference with Official Acts. Watkins was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
