The Iowa Department of Transportation has lifted the no travel restriction for southwest Iowa. According to the latest 511ia.org website, all roadways in southwest Iowa are now listed as completely covered with snow and ice, but are cleared for travel.
Meanwhile, as of this writing, travel is still not advised in central Iowa.
