(Council Bluffs) A Nebraska woman was arrested for Theft in Pottawattamie County.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says on Sunday, Deputies were advised a stolen vehicle was eastbound on I-680 from 34th Street. The vehicle was located by Deputies on I-29 occupied. An investigation was completed and the driver, 43-year-old Kaylynn Lynn Hirsh of Omaha, was arrested for Theft 1st – Possession of Stolen Property.
In other activity, James Creason, 63, was arrested Saturday after Deputies were dispatched to the area of 350th and Highway 92 for a single vehicle property damage accident that involved a possible intoxicated driver. Upon the completion of the investigation, Creason was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
Elijah Emmanuel Bennett, 22, was arrested following a traffic stop at mile marker 2 of I-680 westbound on Sunday. Bennett was charged with Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
Ryan Edward Todd, 28, of Council Bluffs, was booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail on Sunday on a warrant for Violation of Probation and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense.
