Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) A Stuart man was arrested on a warrant for Theft in the 1^st Degree.

The Adair County Sheriff’ Office says Zachary Michael Anderson Wailes, 26, was arrested on January 13^th at the Sac County Jail. Wailes was released from the Adair County Jail on his own recognizance.

The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Payton Alyssa Hill, 21, of Menlo, on January 15^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation and on charges of Domestic Abuse Assault 2^nd Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Hill was released on her own recognizance.

In other activity, Madison Nicole Gilliland, 20, of Des Moines, was cited and released by the Stuart Police Department on January 10^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

Pastel Renee Force, 26, of Walnut, was cited and released by the Stuart Police Department on January 11th for OWI 1^st Offense.
