(Council Bluffs) Dequan Terez White, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and other Pottawattamie County crimes, failed to report back to the Council Bluffs Residential Facility as required on Tuesday afternoon.
White is a 26-year-old black male, height 5’11”, and weighs 198 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on September 9, 2020.
