(Des Moines) The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union released their second basketball rankings on Thursday.
Glenwood is ranked number in Class 4A, and open the season at Atlantic tonight. Three other Hawkeye Ten Conference teams are rated in Class 4A, including; Denison-Schleswig, at number nine, Harlan is rated 11th, and Creston, 13th.
In Class 1A Exira/EHK is rated seventh, St. Albert, 12th, CAM enters the rankings for the first time this season at #13, and Stanton is rated 15th.
In Class 2A, Nodaway Valley is rated 7th, AHSTW drops from 6th to 10th, Treynor enters the rankings this week at no. 13, and IKM/Manning is rated 15th.
Panorama is 6th in Class 3A.
