A private family funeral service for 70-year old Kenneth L Burns of Guthrie Center will be held at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Audubon, with burial at the Maple Grove Cemetery. An open visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, from noon until 8:00 p.m. at Kessler Funeral Home in Audubon. The family will not be present during the open visitation.
Kenneth Burns is survived by his wife Jolene Burns of Guthrie Center, his children, Marty and wife Constance Burns of Audubon. Traci Irlmeier, of Council Bluffs. His grandchildren; Zachary and wife Cassandra Cleveland of Bondurant, Iowa, Andrew and wife Brenna Irlmeier, of Omaha, Amanda Irlmeier, of Council Bluffs, and Jacob Burns and Amy Burns of Audubon. His great-grandchildren; Briley and Kaiden Cleveland, from Bondurant. His brothers and sister; Jack Burns of Glidden, and Karen Burns of Anita, and John Burns of Emmetsburg. His sister-in-law Janelle Lowe of Audubon; and nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
