A Shenandoah woman was arrested in Red Oak for drug charges. Red Oak Police were called to Oak Creek Apartments on 1660 E. Summit street for the odor of marijuana on Saturday around 7:45 p.m. 34-year-old Ashley Anne Farmer was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Farmer was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County jail. She is being held on $1000 bond and is charged with Possession of Marijuana, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
