(Adair Co.) A Panora man was arrested on drug charges.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested Jeffrey Allan Schulte, 55, on August 11th after Troopers were dispatched to the Adair Rest Area at the 80 mile marker of I-80 for reports of a male and female acting impaired. The report led to a traffic stop at the 85.5 mile marker. During the stop, a probable cause search was conducted which located methamphetamine, CBD nuggets, THC wax, marijuana, cash and numerous paraphernalia items. Jeffrey Allan Schulte was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was held on $25,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, the Stuart Police Department arrested Donald Eric Maas, 47, of Stuart, on August 9th for OWI 1st Offense. Maas was cited and released to a family member.
Stuart Police also arrested Jesse Andrew Queener, 24, on August 14th for Violation of a No Contact Order and on a warrant. He was held on $1,000 cash only bond.
