(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs man was arrested on a drug charge and for operating while intoxicated.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies were dispatched to Joslin Avenue and Monument Road Wednesday evening for a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road. As a Deputy pulled up behind the vehicle the driver, 31-year-old Adam Glancy, placed the vehicle in park and stepped out of the vehicle, waving the Deputy forward. An OWI investigation was conducted and marijuana was found in Glancy’s pocket. Glancy was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 19-year-old Dylan Floyd Michael Harrod on Tuesday following a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 6 and 300th Street. Harrod was charged with Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
