(Creston) The Union County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57-year-old David Joseph Tindle, of Creston, on Wednesday on a Union County warrant for Failure to Appear. Tindle was transported from the Polk County Jail to the Union County Jail where he was held on $2,000 bond.
