(Des Moines) The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Adair, Audubon, Carroll, Cass, Crawford, Guthrie, and Madison counties until 2:00 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm warning is currently in effect for portions of Mills, Pottawattamie, Monona, Harrison, Crawford, and the northwest edge of Carroll counties. Radar is indicating 60-mile per hour wind gusts.
