Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office Reports multiple arrests.

Ian Robert Caldwell, 35, of Crescent, was arrested May 15^th after Deputies were dispatched to a possible disturbance in the 1200 block of Old Lincoln Highway. Caldwell was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault 3^rd or Subsequent Offense.

Daniel Bailey, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 16^th after Deputies were called to the 3 mile marker of I-880 for an abandoned vehicle in the roadway. Following an investigation, Daniel Bailey was charged with Absence from Custody, Interference with Officials Acts, Violation of Probation, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) 1^st Offense.

Joseph Leeray Bartlett, 41, was arrested May 17^th after Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle at Old Mormon Bridge Road and Pokamoke Lane for having no plates. The vehicle refused to stop. Bartlett was charged with Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender, Eluding while Exceeding the Speed Limit, Interference with Official Acts, and Reckless Driving.

Ffram Thompson, 21, was arrested May 17^th after Deputies were called to the 27000 block of 240^th Street for a home invasion. Thompson was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana) 1^st Offense.

Jason Ewing Zarp, 38, was arrested May 14^th after Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance on Idlewood Road. Zarp was charged with Child Endangerment and Domestic Abuse Assault.

Ashley Amanda Vore, 30, was arrested May 16^th after Deputies were called to the 21000 block of Hunt Avenue for a welfare check. Vore was charged with Public Intoxication and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug.

Daniel Lucien Page, 47, turned himself in May 15^th on a warrant for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug.

Nyatiem Tomas Tut, 36, was arrested May 15^th at the 10 mile marker of I-880 for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.
