(Red Oak) Multiple arrests have been reported by the Red Oak Police Department. All of the arrests took place on Tuesday.
38-year-old Jesse Trost, of Red Oak was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on three counts of Burglary and one count each of Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense. Trost was taken into custody and held on $15,000 bond.
Dustin Danick, age 27, of Red Oak, was taken into custody and held on $1,000 bond on charges of Theft 4th Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A Sioux City woman is being held on no bond on a charge of Fugitive From Justice. 28-year-old Shanea Pointer was arrested at 11:03 p.m. Pointer was arrested on a felony warrant out of Nodaway County, MO. As part of this case, two people from Red Oak were charged with Interference With Official Acts. They include 27-year-old Jessica Harbord and 27-year-old Matthew Boyce.
33-year-old Benjamin Hrabik, of Red Oak, was arrested at approximately 6:39 p.m. for Public Intoxication.
