(Stuart) Four people were arrested after a search warrant was conducted at 1380 Stuart Road in Stuart on March 1st.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says Lee Delmar Goll, 32, of Stuart, was arrested Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Short Barrel Shotgun or Rifle. While A Deputy was assisting the Toledo Police Department with a search warrant at Goll’s residence in Stuart, a pipe was discovered while Goll was detained in his garage. A short barrel rifle was also discovered in the basement on a shelf. Goll admitted to knowing the illegally modified weapon was inside his residence. The barrel of the rifle had been shortened, therefore making it illegal to possess. Goll was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Rachel Anne Johnson, 34, of Stuart, was arrested for Violation of a No Contact Order. She was held on $300 cash or surety bond.
Melissa Canova, 28, of Ankeny, had been staying in a camper located on the property. A red backpack was found inside the camper that had several items of drug paraphernalia including methamphetamine pipes. There were also several crystal-like substances known as methamphetamine. Canova was charged with Possession of a Methamphetamine. She was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
Trevor Randall Johnson, 37, of Windsor Heights, was also staying in the camper with Melissa Canova. Two handguns and ammunition were found lying out on the counter in plain view. Johnson is a felon and unable to be in possession, receipt, transportation or control and dominion over firearms. Johnson was charged with Felon in Control of a Firearm/Offensive Weapon by a Felon. He was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
