(Harlan) A Harlan man was arrested on drug charges.
The Harlan Police Department says Brett Donald Keane, 22, was arrested December 17th following a call for service. Keane was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying Weapons, Theft 2nd, Possession of Burglar’s Tools and Driving While Suspended.
Harlan Police also arrested Kyle David Confere, 19, of Harlan, on December 20th following a call for service. Confere was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault.
Jennifer Marie Rowedder, 43, of Harlan, was arrested December 21st following a call for service. Rowedder was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with False Reports.
