(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs man faces numerous charges following a brief standoff at an apartment complex in Council Bluffs.
Police says 51-year old Dudie Rose is charged with a probation violation, harassment, and violation of a no-contact order.
Council Bluffs Police were notified at around 8:15 Sunday evening of a disturbance at an apartment complex involving Dudie and a woman identified as 37-year old Jennifer Mendoza. Dudie Rose was known for having a violent history. He also had an arrest warrant. Officer’s located Rose who barricaded himself inside the apartment and threatened to shoot the Officers. Negotiators convinced Rose to surrender a short-time later.
No one was injured during the incident.
