(Council Bluffs) A Colorado woman was arrested on drug and theft charges in Pottawattamie County.
A Deputy with the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office was on patrol Sunday evening when a broadcast came over the radio about a stolen vehicle at the I-80/I-680 split going eastbound. The vehicle was located and the driver, 46-year-old Naomi Roberts of Denver, Colorado, was arrested without incident. Roberts was charged with Theft 2nd – Motor Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 56-year-old Jay Dee Hicks, of Oakland, early this morning for Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse.
Colin Kingsley, 38, was arrested Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense after deputies were dispatched to the area of Wabash Avenue and Bunge Avenue for a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle was discovered at 10204 Wabash Avenue and an OWI investigation as conducted.
Carl Rowe, 25, was arrested following a traffic stop in Oakland Saturday. Rowe was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Brandon Russ, 30, was arrested following a traffic stop Saturday near Crescent. Russ was charged with Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
Trevor James Brickson, 27, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was arrested following a traffic stop near mile marker 8 of I-80 Saturday. Brickson was arrested on a Hold for Other Authority for Outside of County Agencies.
Eric Michael Mertz, 37, was arrested following a noise complaint in Walnut Saturday. Mertz was charged with Disorderly Conduct – Epithet/Gesture, and Interference with Official Acts.
Derek Carl Mullen, 28, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on Sunday for Driving While Barred.
Alyssa Somkhit Sikham, 38, was arrested following a traffic stop on I-29 this morning on a Hold for other Agency.
