(Anita, IA) — CAM’s football game on Friday night has been moved to Northwood Kensett High School. It originally was to be played at West Bend Mallard but the school does not want to rip up its field for a neutral game because of the recent heavy rains. Northwood Kensett will now host the game which is only bus ride 30 minutes farther for CAM.
CAM’s football team was able to break a three game losing streak last week with a 56-20 win over Glidden Ralston. Zach Kauffman had 19 carries for 53 yards and 4 TD but there were a lot of minus yards because of bad snaps. Kayden Winther added 3 carries for 65 yards and a TD. Kauffman was 8 of 11 passing for 161 yards, 1 TD, and 1 INT. Head Coach Nick Kauffman says the offense played good but it was the defense that shined

Hoover had 5 TFLs by himself to lead the Cougars and they held the Wildcats to just 20 points which is a season low for the CAM defense.
