(Undated) — September is World Alzheimer’s Month which includes a campaign to raise awareness on Alzheimer’s disease. Doctor Sandra Darling with the Cleveland Clinic says mild forgetfulness can be a normal part of aging, but memory lapses that impact daily life could be a sign to see a doctor.
Alzheimer’s symptoms often appear after age 65. More than seven million Americans are living with the disease according to the Alzheimer’s Association.
