(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two alcohol-related arrests and a domestic abuse assault charge.
The arrests all occurred on Saturday, June 7.
*Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2500 block of N. Broadway Street in Red Oak. As a result of the investigation, deputies arrested 43-year-old Chasidy Leann Roberts of Creston for Operating While Intoxicated, 1st offense. Authorities transported Roberts to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $1,000 bond.
*A Red Oak woman faces charges following a traffic stop for speeding near 200th and G Avenue for a speeding violation. Deputies clocked 56-year-old Kristen Marie Hughes traveling 104 miles per hour in a 45-mile-per-hour zone. Authorities arrested Hughes for OWI, 2nd offense. She was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $2,000 bond.
*Montgomery County Deputies arrested 23-year-old Mason Allen Nickolas Davidson of Villisca, for Domestic Abuse Assault. Davidson was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, and held on no bond.
