(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people in separate incidents on Tuesday.
Deputies arrested 41-year-old Cory Smith of Elliott on a Montgomery County warrant for driving while barred. Authorities transported Smith to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
In a separate case, Deputies arrested 40-year-old Anthony Wasson of Red Oak after serving him a no-contact order. Approximately four hours later, Wasson attempted to text message the protected party and was subsequently charged with violating the no-contact order. Authorities transported Wasson to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $300.00 bond.
