(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Renato Rubio, of Hawarden, on Monday for Driving While Barred and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Offense. Rubio was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $2,000 bond.
